Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your phcity1 account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; raising it requires a 24-hour cooling period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing within a set time frame. When your loss limit is hit, phcity1 will automatically pause your gaming session for the remainder of the period. This tool is especially useful for players who want a hard financial boundary without relying on willpower alone.

Session Time Limits

Choose how long each gaming session can last — from 30 minutes to several hours. When your session limit is reached, phcity1 will end your session and log you out automatically. This helps prevent the kind of extended play that can creep up on you without you realizing it.

Reality Checks

Enable periodic pop-up reminders that show you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent or won during the current session. Reality checks are a gentle nudge to pause, reflect, and decide whether you want to continue. You can set them to appear every 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

Cooling-Off Period

Need a short break from phcity1? Activate a cooling-off period of 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time your account is temporarily suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. This is a lighter alternative to full self-exclusion for players who just need a breather.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you can self-exclude from phcity1 for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is fully closed, all marketing communications are stopped, and you cannot re-register. This is our strongest player protection tool and we take it very seriously.

Our Age Verification Process

Every phcity1 player must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making their first deposit.
