phcity1 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general terms apply to all phcity1 bonuses unless otherwise stated:
All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
If you are not satisfied with phcity1's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures.
